Chan Kwak / Lead Pastor
While attending USC School of Architecture, Chan shared the gospel with more than 1,500 students and discipled hundreds of students to follow Christ. Upon hearing such testimony, a God-fearing businessman from the East Coast decided to fully support Chan's seminary education and his vision of evangelism and discipleship. Utilizing both of the degrees that God has entrusted to him, he has co-planted the Church of Joy in Koreatown, Los Angeles, in September of 2009, pastoring the English congregants to be committed followers of Jesus Christ until March of 2018.
In April of 2018, he led and planted his second church in South Los Angeles, named One Church, with the vision of one race, God’s people, and multi-generational worship of God. In December 2019, he joined the staff of the Evangelism Explosion (EE) Korean American Chapter and also served as a committee member for EE United States and EE International Congress.
Furthermore, he has served as a senior project manager at Grace Partnership, Inc., in the architectural industry since October 2008, managing residential, commercial, industrial, and religious projects. Lastly, Chan is married to Su Jung and has 4 children, Cryschan, Nissi, Jireh, and Joy; additionally, God has blessed the family with 6 foster children, with 1 of them currently in their household.

Francisco is currently attending the Los Angeles Bible Training School. In addition to the faithful leadership of their pastors, their primary spiritual influences include Paul Washer, John MacArthur, and Billy Graham in his early years.
