Hello, friends, families, and supporters of LA One Church. I did promise you an amazing news on our next update. Here it is. We have two exceptionally special blessings this Sunday.

1. We will be worshiping in our new location at 1:11 PM. 1940 N. Bullis Rd., Compton CA 90221. Thank God for the gift of location. It was truly a perfect gift from heaven. If you remember, it was only three newsletters ago, where we asked you to pray for us to land a church building location. How faithful and amazing is our God that he has answered that prayer request in two months!!! Our launch team has actually been praying for this for one year, asking God, how amazing it would be if we can find a place before our one year anniversary and that's what God exactly did for us. It will not be a grand opening obviously because it will be our first time there this Sunday but feel free to come, visit, and encourage us. When we publicly launch to the community in Compton, we will send out a formal invitation to all of you, supporters, as well. Thank you again for praying for us.

2. Pastor Jooheon will be sharing his special testimony with us as he has been battling cancer and maintaining his hope in Christ through it all. He was my first ever disciple who walked and joined me in life of pastoral ministry. Actually, his prayer request was part of our newsletter 3 months ago. Below is the video from that day he visited us. We really hope you can come and hear how our faithful God has led him from that day until now. From East Coast to CA, from CA to Korea, from Korea, back to CA. His brother, Joochan will also worship the Lord with special offering song during Sunday service. What a special time.

Jooheon Lee's Prayer Request
Pastor Chan's disciple of 12 years has been recently diagnosed with oral cancer. We cannot imagine how tough it must be for him and his family, but he is truly relying on the sovereignty of God and putting his full trust in Christ, his Savior and Lord.
If you can keep him in your prayer once a day for 1 minute at 1:11, we would truly appreciate it.
