10.05.19 - Happy October! 1st Church Van/Truck Fundraiser!

Happy One Church Family & Friends!

What a blessing it is to continually connect with you through our newsletters. We have been so blessed because of your prayers and financial support as we are going out to the community every Sunday to share the gospel and let them know that Christ has risen and He can transform their lives!

Sadly and gratefully, we recently sent off two of our church members, Changwon and Dayoung, to Iowa as they start a new life in a new city. Please pray for them as they find a Bible-centered church to love and serve the people around them with the gospel of Jesus Christ as they have done in our church. We encouraged them with beach fellowship, delicious dinner, and send-off service as you can see in the photos above. 

We also have a special prayer request for our supporters today.

Our Gold Sienna of 440,000 miles went down last week. This car has driven our family members faithfully from point A to point B for more than a decade. Even many of our church members and youth groups throughout its life. Lastly and most importantly, it was being mightily used to store and move ministry equipment on weekends for Sunday services, retreats, and church gatherings. Friends, can you help us? It will bless us tremendously as we serve God and people in Compton continuously with your donation of any amount as we get a next used van/truck for this important cause. If you cannot support us financially, please pray for us as we go through this difficult time without a van to move all of our equipment for our gatherings and that God will help us!
